For any big development, affiliations and accreditations are necessary and Shyam University recently gained its approval to provide knowledge and technical education with approved courses and departments. Shyam University is moving ahead with the aim and dream of providing the world and country knowledge and education. Approval by UGC

Shyam University and the degrees awarded by the university are recognized by the UGC UNDER SECTION 22 OF THE UGC ACT,1956.

Member of AIU

Shyam University is approved by Governing Council of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as Member .

Approval by Bar Council of India (BCI)

The Bar Council of India is a statutory body that regulates and represents the Indian bar. It was created by Parliament under the Advocates Act, 1961. It prescribes standards of professional conduct and etiquette and exercises disciplinary jurisdiction.

Approval by State Government

Shyam University is a privately funded State University established through an act of State Legislature of Rajasthan (Act. No. 28 of 2018)

Approval by AICTE

As per law, Universities do not require AICTE approval. Only institutions which are affiliated to Universities require approval. As Shyam University is a Bonafide University established by a State Act, it does not require AICTE approval. The ruling was notified in the case of Bharathidasan University vs. AICTE. As per AICTE’s reply to an RTI, “Universities including Private Universities established by the State Legislations do not require prior approval from AICTE” However constituent units/colleges of Shyam University are having Approval of AICTE.

B. Shyam College of Engineering & Technology (Polytechnic Diploma) AICTE Approved from 2011
C. Shyam Institute of Engineering & Technology (B.Tech.) AICTE Approved from 2012.

Approval by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)

The Pharmacy education and profession in India upto graduate level is regulated by the PCI, a statutory body governed by the provisions of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 passed by the Parliament. Main objectives of PCI are towards Regulation of the Pharmacy Education in the Country for the purpose of registration as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, and, Regulation of Profession and Practice of Pharmacy. PCI has approved our constituent unit Shyam College of Pharmacy course D.Pharm after verifying the various requirements to be satisfied for the award of degree from Session 2018-2019.

Approved by NCTE

Shyam University is approved by NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) which is a statutary body under ministry of HRD, Government of India.

Rehabilitation Council of India

The Rehabilitation Council of India is the apex government body, set up under an Act of Parliament, to regulate training programmes and courses targeted at disabled, disadvantaged, and special education requirement communities.

Common University Entrance Test

The Common University Entrance Test, earlier known as Central Universities Common Entrance Test is an all-India test being organized by National Testing Agency for admission to various Undergraduate, Integrated, Postgraduate, Diploma, Certification courses and Research Programmes in 45 Central Universities of India.

B.Sc. Agriculture Admission Through

BSc Agriculture Admission 2023 is done on the basis of merit or an entrance exam. Candidates can appear for any university or state-level entrance exam to seek admission to the BSc Agriculture Course.
